A Sparkly Roundtable brings together a small group of people - normally via teams/zoom - with one clear challenge, idea or possibility.
People are invited because they bring something useful — lived experience, professional knowledge, a person with ideas or just someone who wants to be involved.
For the purpose of the roundtable, status is left at the door.
Job titles, seniority, qualifications and organisations do not decide whose voice matters most.
Everyone is there as an equal contributor, and everyone is given space to speak, listen, question, suggest and shape what happens next.
