They can hold it, keep it nearby or carry it with them as a reminder of the sparkle they want to protect.
Sparkly People™ feed the Spark Pods™ by doing a simple mindful, ritual with thoughts or words - helping to aid emotional literacy and helping to regulate big emotions
Some carry them in their pockets.
