This is an experience where you do whatever you want, when you want.
Suggestions, lovely things, activities - you may find fun - but you may not.
Let me know what you find fun, or any skills you want to learn and I will see if I can add them to the experience.
You will have the option on sharing creations, or be involved in designing your own t shirt, writing your own stories, creating a personal pod cast with wiser generations, drawing graphics, creating music - all will be rewarded with more lovely things

An interactive wellbeing course where participation is purely optional.
Each Generation of participants has their own platform to view, or contribute to.
The experience is embedded with 6/8 Spark Pod experiences - already designed to promote connection, calm and joy.
To make the experience embed a lifelong introduction to living a good life - participants are invited to share ideas, passions, and desired skills.
Participants can share creations, and give permission for these to be uploaded on the private platform for other participants to see.
Participants will all be anonymous knowing only the name and generation of the creator.
There will be no chat function.
There will be no ability to converse with other participants.
The platform will have videos to copy - such as rain stick dancing, calming activities, fun videos on how to make cool stuff.
Participants can share art, music, stories and funny memes- to their Generation.
These will be checked before being uploaded.
I will be available throughout the experience to email any comments, issues or suggestions.
