Spark Pods and The Gifts

a six week wellbeing experience - January 2027 start

Helping children understand themselves, understand others and understand the power of nature.

Designed to be delivered by;

SEN teams • wellbeing leads • pastoral staff • nurture groups • Sparkly Teachers

Your school will receive one big box in early December.

What is in the box?

  • A classroom set of books from the Spark Seed collection

  • Spark Pods™‍ ‍- a set of 6 different coloured spark pods, for every student - plus one set for the teacher - these are eco friendly, sustainable, natural resources,

  • 6 x sets of lesson plans including a mixture of easy to follow activities/worksheets (each lesson can take between 15 minutes - 3 hours - depending on activities/worksheets chosen and extension tasks attempted)

  • passwords to access wellbeing videos demonstrating the mindful rituals (easy/accessible) for each spark pod.

    During the six week experience;

  • the course will help young people discover their spark - and celebrate their strengths

  • start to recognise powerful feelings, and learn how to regulate them in a safe, accessible, fun way.

  • they will learn valuable life skills helping them understand themselves, and other people

  • the course will give the students a sense that they belong

  • the students will learn the many therapeutic qualities of nature - accessible in most ‘overwhelming’ situations

  • the human gifts discovered in this course are awareness🤍, calm🩵, strength❤️, connection💜, courage🧡 and growth💚

This will begin in January 2027

  • The aim is to support pupils who have powerful senses and feel the World deeply.

  • The course normalises feelings and helps them become confident about understanding themselves

  • it is designed to recognise strengths, boost confidence and to allow them to thrive.

This course is not therapy, nor is it designed to replace therapy, or any other medical treatment.

This is a short term course to allow children to ‘reset and reconnect’ - it is not designed to be a long term intervention
