A gentle monthly Sparkly Ninja journey
Each month Sparkly People members receive a new part of the Sparkly Ninja journey designed to help children understand themselves, care for their feelings, and protect their sparkle.
Sparkly People often notice, feel and imagine the world very deeply. The monthly resources are designed to support confidence, emotional awareness and wellbeing in a creative and playful way.
What members receive each month;
Sparkly Story
A new Sparkly People story introducing the next stage of the ninja journey.
The stories help children recognise that different ways of thinking, feeling and moving can be part of their sparkle.
Stories are written in neurodivergent-friendly language so they are accessible for a wide range of readers.
Ninja Training Skills
Each month introduces a new Sparkly Ninja skill.
These are gentle strategies to help children:
• calm their bodies
• protect their energy
• manage big feelings
• build confidence
The skills are designed to feel playful and empowering, not like therapy or lessons.
Nature and Calm Activities
Sparkly Ninjas also learn ways to care for their sparkle through simple activities such as:
• noticing nature
• breathing and movement
• sensory awareness
• creative play
These activities help children reconnect with calm and balance.
Spark Cards
Printable Spark Cards with positive messages and reminders such as:
• protecting your sparkle
• noticing strengths
• celebrating differences
These can be kept in bedrooms, school bags or quiet corners.
Creative Spark Challenges
Members receive optional creative prompts each month, encouraging children to:
• draw their sparkly characters
• invent sparkly animals
• imagine new ninja powers
This keeps the Sparkly People world interactive and imaginative.
